I bought this retablo in Santa Fe, New Mexico in the Spring of 1990. It was painted by Irene Martinez. It is somewhat battered as I could not pack it properly and carried it by hand on the train all the way from Santa Fe to Boston. It has hung in both my apartments in Cambridge, my mother's house in Wellesley and now in my apartment in Framingham, MA.
